This code of ethics reflects a commitment by Jeffery Hale’s management, health care providers and volunteers always to do better, to consistently offer the highest quality of care and services that convey the values held dear by our users.

Preserving the quality of relationships among staff, volunteers, users, families and visitors is an ongoing concern for our establishment. It is a concern governed by respect for oneself and for others.

This Code of Ethics also recognizes the responsibilities of users, in a spirit of mutual, collective and individual respect.
